The Corporate Planned Giving Committee rolled out their Program at this year's Spring Conference. We touched upon it last year at LCAM and at the Spring Conference displayed our new brochure and gave a presentation on how we can give back to the organization that we all love - EWI.
We are all proud of this organization and all that it stands for - especially its philanthropic side. By giving a "Gift from the Heart" you can help give scholarships, help with literacy initiatives and enhance personal and professional development.
Attached is a copy of our Honorarium & Memorial Ad. This is an opportunity to remember your loved one or a friend’s loved one or honoring someone who has touched your life while making a difference in the organization that you love. These names will be listed in the LCAM program and you will also be part of the Planned Giving Club and be recognized at LCAM. Deadline for inclusion in the LCAM program guide is close of business Monday, August 16.
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to encourage private philanthropic support through our Planned Giving Program entitled “A Gift From the Heart”.There is a vast number of ways that you can influence progress to your community through the programs spearheaded by EWI®.
EWI’s Planned Giving Program offers EWI members the opportunity to have a lasting impact on society. Your gift can help you address a variety of personal financial goals, all the while benefiting EWI, the organization in which you have invested your time and dedication over the years.
Do you want to make a significant gift during your lifetime, or would a gift from the heart as part of your estate work better? Do you have a particular asset that you are thinking of donating? Do you want to increase your retirement income, or is your primary goal estate preservation? Are you carrying excess life insurance or a large balance in your retirement plan?
EWI is ready to assist you and your financial advisors to craft the gift plan that best meets your needs.
A gift to EWI offers opportunities that stretch your giving ability. Give appreciated assets instead of cash, such as art or real estate; make EWI a beneficiary of your will or revocable trust; use life insurance to give from income rather than capital; receive income back from us in return for your contribution.
To start the program off, Honorarium and Memorial Ad’s will be offered in this year’s LCAM program. Donors will also be posted on the Corporate Website under the Gift a Gift section and become part of our new Giving Club.
A charitable gift could help our organization meet current goals and reach farther into the future through personal and professional development for those who come after us. By giving wisely, you could help us achieve this goal.
A gift from your heart will make a difference to so many for years to come; whether you would like to promote Literacy through the Reading Rally or by providing the means that make Dreams of going to college a reality!
