2007 Presidents Caucus     •
   Houston, Texas

Message from Vice President/President-Elect
Your Corporate Board wants you to have the best year possible as the CEO of your Chapter.  That is the goal of Presidents Caucus, to provide you with information and the tools you'll need to lead your Chapter through a successful  year.  During the two-day training, which includes the Academy of Leadership Module Professional & Volunteer Leadership: Thinking Like a Genius, you will learn about the many resources available to you and have an opportunity to exchange ideas with other leaders in EWI through interactive discussions.

As I mentioned at LCAM last year, I value and believe in the management theory of servant leadership. One of the things a servant leader does is help those they serve grow so they are more likely themselves to become leaders. That is an important part of your new position as well - to develop future leaders for EWI.  We are pleased to have Dr. Shann Ferch, a professor at EWI of Spokane member firm Gonzaga University, spend some time with us to further explore the dynamics of servant leadership and help you develop those leadership skills as well.

Plan now to join your fellow Chapter Presidents along with your 2007-2008 Corporate Board in Houston because your Leadership Matters to EWI!
